1. Who we are
Work Swap is operated by SIXNINESFINE LLC ("we", "us", "Work Swap"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Work Swap is a subscription service that gives paying members access to a directory of ID-verified members and a private messaging platform. The fee you pay is solely for ongoing access to that directory and messaging platform.
Work Swap does not facilitate, process, or take any commission on payments between members, does not act as a marketplace or escrow for goods or services exchanged between members, and is not a party to any arrangement members reach with one another. Any agreement between members is solely between those members.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, probe or scrape the service, or interfere with its security or operation.
5. Intellectual property
Work Swap and its underlying software, branding, and documentation are owned by SIXNINESFINE LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain ownership of listings you submit, and grant us a license to host, display, and resell them through the service.
6. Payments, subscriptions & tax
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Memberships renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
7. Service level
We work hard to keep Work Swap available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
