If you are not satisfied with a purchase from Work Swap, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to membership subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Work Swap orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you checked out with.
  2. Or contact us at support@sixninesfine.com and we'll help.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a membership any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
