SIXNINESFINE LLC ("we", "us") operates Work Swap and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

- Account data — name, email, login credentials, profile details.
- Listing & subscription data — listings you submit, membership tier, billing history.
- Communications — messages between members, support correspondence.
- Usage & device data — IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, telemetry needed to operate and secure the service.
Payment card data is collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
3. Why we use it
- Provide and operate the service (contract performance).
- Process listings and memberships (contract performance).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
- Improve the product (legitimate interests).
- Send service announcements and, with your consent, marketing.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, law enforcement requests).
4. Who we share with
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — to run the service securely.
- Analytics & support tools — to understand product usage and respond to questions.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting where necessary.
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. We then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sixninesfine.com. EEA/UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority.
